REGULAR BUBBLES is a versatile leak detector designed to effectively identify leaks in systems operating above 32°F.Its unique formulation ensures gentle handling of materials, preventing damage to metals, plastics, rubber, or other components. LDR stands for Leak Detector RegularTemp and this product is ideal for detecting even the smallest of leaks in standard or high temperature environments while being easy to see when bubbles form due to its fluorescent dye.

Directions:

This product must be used in accordance with the following directions and by professionals only.
  1. Safety First: Consult the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for important safety information.
  2. Apply Liberally: Daub or spray REGULAR BUBBLES generously around suspected leak locations.
  3. Look for Bubbles: If a leak is present, bubbles will form quickly, be sure to check back and bottom of connections and joints. Wait a minimum of 5 minutes for micro leaks.
  4. Leak Sealants: If leaks are present, consider Vapco Xpress Injects to help seal leaks permanently where appropriate.

This is a professional grade HVAC product. It is crucial that you adhere to all directions and precautionary statements to prevent injuries.

Directions

Directions for use: Product must be used in accordance to the directions provided.

  1. Goggles, gloves, and other protective garments should be worn when using this product. System should be shut off. 
  2. 2Recommended application by using any of the Vapco STW series, hose end gun (HEG-1) or tiny tank (TTC-1) sprayers.
  3. Condensers: 
  4. For heavy soil, prepare cleaning solution by mixing four parts water with one part Quad Power. Add water to sprayer first, then add Quad Power. 
  5. Spray Quad Power solution onto dirty surface and allow it to remain in contact for 5-7 minutes. 
  6. Rinse thoroughly with water. 
  7. Rinse out sprayer, spraying wand and nozzle. 
  8. When the container is empty, rinse, replace cap and dispose of properly.

**For extremely dirty coils a second application  may be required.

Evaporators/ Mini Splits /Microchannels: *Cleaning evaporator coils in a “no-rinse” scenario. 

  1. Prepare cleaning solution of 10 parts water and one part Quad Power and applying it with a sprayer. Only use in “no-rinse” environment with sufficient humidity being condensed from the air to provide rinsing. 
  2. Spray Quad Power solution onto dirty surface and let soak for 5-10 minutes. 
  3. Return system to operational state to let condensation rinse away Quad Power. 
  4. Rinse out sprayer, spraying wand and nozzle.
  5. When the container is empty, rinse, replace cap and dispose of properly. 

**For extremely dirty coils a second application may be required.

Permanent Filters: For cleaning greasy components in a basin or tub, for every gallon of water add once ounce of Quad Power. Allow parts to soak for 15 minutes then rinse thoroughly with water.

Effect on Roofing Materials: Conditional to its composition and condition, the color and finish of roofing material can be affected by coil cleaners. It is recommended that this cleaner be tested on a small area of the roof before cleaning.

Rubber Roofs: In general, this cleaner is safe on rubber and membrane roofs. Where the roof is infused with aluminum chips, we recommend testing on a small area before cleaning.

  1. Do not breathe dust/fume/gas/mist/vapors/spray.
  2. Wash hands and other exposed areas thoroughly after handling.
  3. Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product.
  4. Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection. 

IF SWALLOWED: Call a POISON CENTER /doctor if you feel unwell. Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting.

IF ON SKIN (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/shower. 

IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. 

IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. Immediately call a POISON CENTER/doctor if exposed or concerned.

  • Store locked up.
  • Dispose of contents/container to the specifications of local, regional, national, and international regulations.
