How do I register as a contractor?

Registered HVAC contractors receive discounts on all items sold at Here's What's New. To access your special pricing create a basic account, then email your account name, business info (name, company, tax exempt status form, phone) to registration@hereswhatsnew.com. We'll notify you (usually between1-2 business days) when you're set up. Then, simply log back in. Your new lower pricing will be displayed.

What is your shipping and return policy?

2. Returns

2.1 Return Eligibility: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may be eligible to return the product(s) subject to the following conditions:

  • The product(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

2.2.1 Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please email returns@hereswhatsnew.com. Please provide reason for return, date and location purchased.

2.2.2 Return Authorization: Once your return request has been received, we will evaluate its eligibility and provide you with further instructions, including a return authorization number (if applicable).

2.2.3 Packaging and Shipping: Please ensure that the product(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Include the return authorization number, if provided, on the return package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

2.3 Refunds:

2.3.1 Refund Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product(s), we will process the refund within 45 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

2.3.2 Refund Amount: The refund amount will exclude any original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Refunds may also be subject to restocking fees, which will be clearly communicated to you during the return process, if applicable.
